Foundation Nechama was established to honour Nechama Werner, who , though afflicted from an early age with illness , merited to establish a “bayis neeman b’Yisrael’. With courage and joy , with love for all Jews , she was an inspiration to all. The founders felt that the most appropriate work would be that which would strengthen children and families suffering from illness , malaise and maladjustment. It is chartered in the Province of Quebec as a non-for-profit corporation.
